Rainbow 235 is a representation of part of my journey.
It's a reminder that we all have multiple roles we play, and touch the lives of so many people often without even realising.
For me Rainbow 235 represents the people who I walked alongside for a while in former work roles, either directly supporting or my staff team.
I purposely didn’t aim for perfect dots, in perfect alignment, perfectly blended in, as each person had their unique qualities that made them who they were, the bumps in the road, the ability to stand out from others yet trying to fit into our complex world.
The Rainbow is often a symbol of hope as well as diversity and striving for inclusion.
I hope Rainbow 235 can be a reminder to people that you do matter. You do make a difference to so many. Not just in work but in every interaction you have with others.
The simplicity of a smile, a hello, and a brief conversation can make a big difference to someone’s day.
